We were wondering if you made it to the falls. They are beautiful at night with lights shining on them too. Clifton Hill has some great tourist things to do too. Enjoy!
The boat in last picture is "The Maid of the Mist" accessible both American and Canadian side. The"Cave of the Winds which is the walkways near the falls is on the American side http://www.niagarafallsstatepark.com/cave-of-the-winds.aspx
